Through his strategic foresight and determination, he has built a strong foundation in Risk Management, Debt Recovery, Customer Experience and Productivity & Process Orientation. He is responsible for defining the strategic direction to accelerate growth for the organization. He had served esteemed organizations like Etisalat, Citibank, Airtel, Intelenet, Firstsource and Polaris.
